BCS is a Veteran-owned Corporation & is field operated by our Vice President, Robert “Spank” Carr who has 20 years experience in the tower industry and over 25 years of welding experience in fabrication, & building industries. All welders & climbers are certified by AWS and Com Train for safe climber certification, and we have a stringent safety program for all employees. BCS carries all required insurance coverage with a 2 million dollar liability and 5 million dollar umbrella coverage.  Insurance certificates are provided upon request.

BCS can supply the following tower and reinforcement services to the Tower and Green Energy Industries:

* Turn Key Tower Services, including electrical, telco, civil work, including fencing, grubbing, landscaping, etc…. 
 Lines & Antennas, including sweeps with the latest model anritsu testing equipment           

• Structural reinforcement services providing all labor and materials as specified in design drawings.
• Monopole shaft reinforcements using either welded or bolt on solutions as designed.
• Redundant  reinforcements on lattice or guyed tower that have been previously reinforced by either bolted or welded process’s
• Erection services of monopole, lattice or guyed structures. Including extensions
• Guyed tower services including plumb and tension of existing structures and replacement or addition of guy cables.
• Foundation reinforcement capabilities to install additional anchorages to existing foundations (Core and Rock drilling services) 
• Excavation and installation of additional foundation concrete material as designed.
• Tower mapping and third party inspections completed according to TIA-EIA standards.
• Installation of additional lower port, hand holes, foundation base plate gussets or anchor attachments weldments on existing structures to AWS D1.1 requirements.

BCS has worked for and is a vendor for: Crown USA, Denali/Cricket, American Tower, T-Mobile, SBA Network Services, Andrew Services, Harris Stratex Network, Lowe-North Construction, Cellcom Services, WesTower, as well as many other industry construction firms. We have performed all of the above services * (bullets) in FL, GA, AR, LA, MS, KY, TN, SC, NC, IL, MN. for the above Companies including federal government roof top sites. We have worked on monopoles, self-supporters, guy towers, water tanks, smoke stacks & roof tops. We specialize in tower modification projects and beef ups, and have expanded into field microwave work, lines & antenna, and raw land/turnkey sites.

We have 2-3 full crews, 6 company vehicles, and 4 fully equipped trailers, several types and sizes of rigging ropes & accessories, 3 catheads, spider baskets, air compressors, 3 welding machines, water tanks, and various other equipment and tools. We are certified in the use of Safe Works Spider baskets, (which is mandatory in the State of Illinois). Our Vice President, Robert Carr is a certified trainer for ComTrain, as well as a certified welder. We have daily safety meetings with all crew members for each site that we work on; and a very stringent safety program/fall protection, as well as a crisis response plan. We follow all OSHA safety guidelines, AWS welding procedures, any licensing or certification needed per local or state law, and any procedures required by the tower owner.

BCS has been called upon to “fix” sites when there have been obstacles or problems with other companies that do not have the proper expertise or the understanding of the time restraints.
